John1959,

Welcome to the community! We offer several different support options which can be found here: Arlo Support Center

Please consider power cycling your cameras to bring them back online, you can do this by bringing the camera close to the base station and opening and closing the battery compartment for each camera individually. Take note of the LED indicator on the camera and resync the camera if needed. Consider the signal strength of the camera once you have it placed. It's possible that the camera is too far from the base station or some other device such as a router is causing interference which is bringing the cameras offline. Let me know if this helps and thank you for posting on the community!

JamesC
