Factory reset??

I just ordered a 3 camera system for a friend, can I set it up at my house on my wifi to get familiar with it, then bring it to her house and set it up again? What's the best way to do this

That should work fine. It's like changing the router at your house and _should_ be no problem.

If I understand you correctly, there is nothing to reconfigure? Just unplug it from my house and bring it to her house and plug it in to her router / modem. It will start working with nothing else to do?

I haven't done this myself but, yes, that's the way it should work. Others have done this with no problem.
