      <title>ARLO RMA process fails to complete VMB4000</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had lodged a case #41435451 and received an automated e mail for a RMA. However the RMA process failed to complete as it did not recognise the New Zealand country option,&amp;nbsp; and the system logged me out. The link does not work a second time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did not receive the email with an RMA number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have twice returned to the case and asked for a follow up but have not received it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I see earlier posts on the community of similar problems with the RMA process back in late 2018. I trust that this Post frees up the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
