    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just changed my router which is now a SERCOMM Speed plus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;By doing this, my base station went off line and the camera led shows steady orange.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly send by mail to gaille.denis@gmail.com all the necessary instruction to reconnect my installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For your information I originally bought the Arlo system in France but it is installed in Greece where&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Arlo does not have an official representation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Furthermore the French support site does not work properly and it is not possible to send a post to them through the community. It is the second time that I face a tremendous difficulty to communicate with your support service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hoping to receive finally an answer&lt;/P&gt;
