      <description>For over a week now my camera has been stuck on a pink tented screen and because of this the night vision isn’t working properly. We live in a bad neighborhood and rely on these cameras to keep us safe I have tried everything I can to troubleshoot and solve the problem myself but to no avail. I believe the camera needs replaced. How can I speak with a real person to get this issue resolved?
