topic Trying to set up Arlo Base Station using Arlo website but keeps failing. Tried factory resetting. in Arlo

I'm trying to set up the Arlo basestation using the Arlo website but the site keeps failing to find the basestation. I've gone through the set up steps (including the factory reset) many, many times with two different Arlo base stations (the 3500 and 4000). Still no luck. The wifi light is green (however it flickers now and then) and when I click on the wifi connection on my computer I can see an option called "arlo_VMB" so I know its sending out a signal. Why can't the website find it? I would try with the app but this is for a business and I don't want the app on my personal cell phone. Thanks.

Since it's at a business, the usual issue is the corporate network configuration which may be locked down. Take it home and try - if that works, you'll need to speak with the network folks to get things working properly.
