Arlo no longer the product it used to be, alerts, Rules options, etc all gone.

So when I purchased Arlo, it worked mostly well, they never got the geofencing down, but all else worked wonderful. I even purchased a separate additional system. Now Arlo fails a lot, and the controls for rules (Which cameras will be on with what setups), and other basic features all gone. Guess its all about getting the monthly dollar now. And omg, try to get proper documents like the manual, setup etc. so hard, I guess sometime in the future we will have to get a different system. Shame, I thought the company that purchased them was a decent company, but whatever happened, guess it was not for the better this time.

If anyone knows how to fix this mess, or can suggest a better system, please let me know.
