My camera is offline but has battery power

i caught a would be intruder on camera, sounded the alarm and he grabbed the camera and tossed it in the yard...problem is, there's 15' of snow on the ground. The toggle to turn it back online is missing from settings and battery shows its fully charged. thought if i could sound the alarm, id fine it but can't get it back online.

I've reset the base as logged in via both safari and Chrome...no use.

any other ideas?

Is the camera status actually off-line?

Or do you mean that the status is on-line, but you can't re-enable it ("turn it on") in the web ui or app?

Also, this is the original wirefree camera with the CR123 batteries? If so, I don't understand how the alarm in the base station would help you find it.
