topic No sync on base station in Arlo

Hi, I have just bought the Arlo 2 camera security system. I have powered the base station up and installed the batteries in the cameras. When I press the sync button on the base station, the USB icon flashes amber and nothing happens to the camera icon. I have repowered the base unit and tried again, but still have the same problem. Any help please?

It sounds like your HOLDING down the sync botton on the base not a quick push

Holding the button puts the base into a sort of test mode for the usb ports
