App crashes when selecting profile to sign out

Hi!
So I ended up having to make two new accounts for my parents because the cameras stopped working with the older ones for some reason.
The problem is I can’t logout from their accounts on their iphones... When ever I press ”profile” the app crashes on every phone I have tried. Deleting the app doesn’t help either. Logs back in when downloaded again.
Any ideas?

To log out, simply click on the menu selection on most screens and choose Log Out instead of Settings.

Hi and thank you for your answer. No such option unfortunately. However I managed to fix their old accounts by luck so won't be needed to logout. But they should still fix the app from crashing when pressing "profile" ^^
