Thanks for the advice, jguerdat. I gave that a try (both power on/off the station and restart) and open/closed the battery door. After that, I tried to update the firmware and had no luck.

Firmware Update Won’t Download. Clicked on "update" button and was updating but goes back.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? My camera tells me that I need to update my camera’s firmware. When I click the update button it tells me it is updating. Then, about a minute later it goes back to the same update your camera’s firmware. Looking for any suggestions since Arlo customer support never responded to my inquiry. Thanks!

Try rebooting the base and open and close the battery door.

Have you checked the versions by comparing what is in your camera vs. what's posted in the Release Notes section here? If out of sync, the fastest thing is likely to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.
