New iPhone 11 not receiving push notifications

I previously had an iPhone 6 Plus and was receiving Arlo push notifications. I want to receive them on motion detection. I upgraded to an iPhone 11 and now I am not receiving push notifications. Trying to solve the problem I just upgraded to the latest Arlo app and the latest IOS (13.3) but still no notifications. My phone is not in DND mode and I have double checked my Arlo for the proper actions. I can change the action to also send an email on motion and that works but a push notification does not work.

Any ideas?

Are you still experiencing this issue with your phone? What version of the Arlo mobile app are you using?

Still having the problem. App version is 2.12(1887)
