Camera problem blinking blue

Hello everyone
I have a big problem with my arlo camera when i put the batteries it blinks bleu and when i want to sync with the base station the cam doesn’t want to blink bleu . Please tell the solution to fix it and thanks

Have you tried pressing the camera sync button harder? It's possible that a manufacturing defect is causing the issue. You could swap at the store or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Yes i ve tried to push harder on the sync button but there is nothing, and the problem that it was working fine when i bought it but now the cam doesn’t want to blink when i push the sync button

I did but they didn’t answer me until now they just made a case with numbers and i really don’t know what to do

I don’t think i can call them because i live in Tunisia but there is an international number ??
