Arlo issues with night vision

Night vision is inop and settings are on. Also cannot expand screen when reviewing library.

Can you provide a little more detail regarding the night vision?

Are you experiencing the fullscreen issue on the app & web?

I have what I believe are the original Arlo cameras. I just replaced the batteries in all my units Friday and then all shown no life. What would cause this?

Did you just lightly place the batteries in their slots and let the battery door do the pushing? Did the LED flash blue when you closed the battery door? What are the LEDs on the base showing? Did you try logging out and back in?
