Video quality on Arlo Wire-Free camera looks faded

I recently added another camera to my Arlo base station. The camera needed to be updated which I did. The video quality on this camera only is inferior to the other 3 I have connected. It looks like an old faded color picture from he 70’s. All cameras are the Arlo Wire-Free and the firmware update is 1.3.319

Maybe exhange the camera with the seller.

I don’t think it’s the camera but rather the firmware update that did this. I have extra cameras. Tried two different cameras and both have the same issue. Wish I could post pictures to show the difference

You should be able to attach a photo.

Try clicking on the paper clip under the post window (or on the camera above it).
