    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can see the base it hasn't been reset (unless you claimed it again after resetting). Removing all devices from Settings, My Devices should have reset the base but holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber may also be useful. You then claim the base and sync the cameras (after making sure the batteries are good).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the old arlo camera with the vmb3000 base... I up graded my xfinity router and can’t sync any of my cameras.... the base connects and I can see it on the app. I have tried unplugging and removing all the batteries; deleting all devices&lt;BR /&gt;off the app and trying to reinstall them; I have also tried the reset button on the base station. Dose anyone have any other ideas that I can try&lt;/P&gt;</description>
