Add Back Deleted Cameras

Both of my cameras were deleted and factory reset performed.

Base is connected to internet, and both cameras re-sync - but the don't show up

Camera screen only shows instructions on how to sync and no camera shots.

How do I get them back?

I just noticed your excellent moniker. As we both have 1 post I'm trying to ascertain why you are considered an Initial Contributor as compared to my Newcomer labeling? Labels? 2015 Arlo. Labels hurt. Exception: self applied labels such as Burnn1. Haha! Stay cool. I hope you get your system squared away.

This worked great - had to add the base station then resync the cameras - back up and running - thanks much.

I delete my camera by mistake and now i am trying to sync it and is not syncing what should i do

Make sure you deleted it from Settings, My Devices. When trying out sync be sure to only press the base sync button brief - don't hold it.

Is not showing in settings, the blue light blink slowly for a long long time and rwfuse ro sync

Power cycle the base and open and close the battery door. If that doesn't work, open a case with support using the Contact Support at the bottom here.
