If the base LEDs are green it's not offline. You can force close the app and re-open it to see if that helps. If the LEDs aren't green, a reboot would be a first step.

Our cameras and base go offline at least once a month. Does/did anyone have this problem and how do you fix it?

This did not help. We have changed the batteries and the cameras work for so many days then go offline again. It is not the same cameras each time.

What happens if you force close the app and reopen it or use a different device? Have you tried a browser to verify the offline? WHat's the house construction and how far away are the cameras? Any chance there's something that uses the 2.4GHz band nearby the base, such as a wireless phone (doesn't have to be WiFi)? Moving the base away from the router amy help.
