    <description>&lt;P&gt;You didn't say whether you tried the steps suggested. &amp;nbsp;Another suggestion would be to try a different supported browser to see if that has any effect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Power and internet lights on base station are green. netgear router connection light shows device is connected. when i run System Setup i get the message "Detecting your device... Please wait...". and after a couple of minutes i&amp;nbsp;i am sent to a "Connect Your System to the Internet" troubleshooting screen with no other messages. The screen suggest that I ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Connect the base station to your router&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug it in&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn it on&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;... and gives me a link to "Setup My System Now". this link takes me back to the original setup screen to repeat the process, which, needless to say, does not improve the results. please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try temporarily disabling your firewall and antivirus to see if that helps. &amp;nbsp;If so, there's a setting blocking some access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
