Video stopping after 1 second - Arlo Wireless Camera

I just installed 2 cameras this weekend and when I view the videos on the website some of them stop after 1 second and if I try to download them then it will down 0.1/6.6 MB and stop. Does anyone have this happen to them? How do I fix it?

First thing to try is another browser... IEv10 or newer,Firefox,Chrome

I use Chrome almost exclusively. I haven't tried different browsers though. i will try that. I have Edge at home (Windows 10).
