I have a wire free that constantly detects motion. I have the sensitivity set to 1 and it still detects motion when there is none.

Records 10 seconds, amber icon, then black, than after a few seconds amber again and another 10 second recording.

Cannot get it to stop recording. Even put it in a closet with no luck. Contacted CS on chat and redid all the things I already had did, poor grammar intended.

Any suggestions besides trash can?

Yup, reconnect with support and get an RMA. Others have had similar issues and it's a bad camera.

Follow-up,

Contacted CS and obtained an RMA after going through the normal "did you try this" process for the second time. Got the new camera in and it works as advertised.
