Arlo legacy vs Arlo v2.10 (1478).... issues, weeks of trying the latest Arlo v2.10, Arlo support hasn’t been able to fix the slow camera refresh, the constant crashing, the quirky recall of video clips (pull 1 camera clips and all eventually show up). I have 20 cameras on a plan. I have since gone back to Arlo Legacy. It pull camera views up faster, it pulls video clips correctly and doesn’t crash half as much. Any one else had these issues?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

1. Called support. Answered each open ticket request from Arlo.

2. Had Apple run diagnostics on iPad. Everything checked out ok.

3. Un-installed Arlo app and offloaded app several times. Rebooted. No change.

4. Wiped iPad clean and re set iPad with new ID. Installed only Arlo app. No change.

5. Tried sending Arlo support video of issues. When Arlo crashes, Apple screen recorder also crashes.

6. Contacted Arlo support and asked about a diagnostics program to run to capture memory usage and calls to give Arlo.

7. Waiting now on Arlo. They said wait for next release.
