Reset base station but now app won't led me add it back

To fix recognition problem I reset base station. But app doesn't show option of adding a base station, i.e. I go to subscriptions but "add base station" is not there... How can I fix??

are you using web, android , or IOS apps... makes a diff?

You're using old information. To readd the base, use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab. Note that you need to have the phone on the same network as the router and base if using the app.
