Arlo cameras with Vuezone magnetic mounts?

Are Arlo cameras compatible with Vuezone magnetic mounts? Or did the size/shape of the magnetic mounts change for Arlo?

I have several of my old Vuezone mounts holding new Arlo cameras. They work fine.

They are the same size/shape.... only difference is that the newer Arlo mounts have a slightly more textured feel to them ...prob to help the heavier Aloro camera stay in place.

I use the old vuezone mounts and out of 3, one of the Arlo cams was slipping a bit. Instead of changing the mount, I put a dime size tab of an old balloon on the mount... ended the slippage.

Gigantor,

While some may have had success using the Vuezone magnetic mounts for the Arlo cameras, the Arlo team strongly advises against it. The size and shape are similar but the Vuezone magnetic mount has a smooth untextured finish whereas the Arlo magnetic mount is textured to prevent the heavier Arlo camera from sliding or falling.

I don't think it will fall off, but I did have slippage on 1 of 3.

It takes a lot of pulling to get off
