How do I receive notifications for all cameras?

I have four cameras, and my Android phone only gives me alerts when motion is sensed at one of them. How do I enable the other three?

Are notifications enabled for all cameras in the various modes and rules?

Have you set up rules to tell these cameras to send alerts?

Create a rule that sets the other cameras to trigger recordings and send you alerts.

What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
