What camera and base?
Is the camera on-line?
Do you have a subscription?
Do you have other cameras that are recording?
Did it ever work?
Does the camera live stream?

Yes camera is on line.
No subscription.
Yes have other cameras and are recording.
Yes it did work previously.
Yes it does live stream.

I suggest trying the motion detection test next - to see if the camera is still properly detecting motion. https://kb.arlo.com/1114344/How-do-I-use-the-motion-detection-test-for-my-Arlo-device
