RMA Process problem

I've been unable to raise an RMA, as requested by technical support. I get as far as submitting my details but after that nothing. All required details have been filled in.

I have searched the community and there seems to be a fundemental issue with the overall process, which doesn't reflect well on Arlo. If I'm unable to resolve the issue soon then I shall return the order to the supplier - Amazon UK.

Any help in completing this process would be very much appreciated.

Hi ShayneS,

Thank you for your reply. I have now managed to contact Arlo Support but only first having to go through Amazon UK technical support.
I've now obtained the RMA return address.

Regards
Jonathan
