      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a portion of the timeline I cannot view; the preview is all black; I know the camera was working during that period as I was watching some of it live.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a portion of the timeline I cannot seek to, although the preview looks accurate.&amp;nbsp; If I let it play from before, at some constant point it jumps to the end of the day's timeline.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contacting support is time consuming and frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
