Able to watch live but won't record when motion is sensed. Tried motion detection test.

My arlo is connected to the internet and the base station. I can watch the live feed, but the arlo will no longer record when motion is sensed. I did the motion test and it picked up motion but it won’t record or recognize if motion goes by it in general

Hey BrittanySmith,

Have you tried testing using the default "Armed" mode to see if it records any when motion is detected?

That worked but it only records 10 seconds. Do you know how I can make it longer?
