&lt;P&gt;I apologize for the inconvenience, if the device is offline, a physical reboot will be necessary to bring it back online. A power outage/wifi drop could have affected this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Base station offline</title>

      <description>Bought Arlo wire free on 13th of October. System set up and functioning. On vacation since 15th October.&lt;BR /&gt;Base station been offline since 18th.&lt;BR /&gt;Cannot physically access base station to do anything. Can support access remotely? Is the reliability of this system flawed?&lt;BR /&gt;Totally pissed right off that I’ve invested in a system which has let me down within a few days.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?</description>
