My camera stopped working so I set back to Arlo they sent me some new one be the new ones only have 7 infrared (IR) LEDs my old ones had 12 ? Are the ones with 7 better or a newer model ? It’s just the Arlo cameras I have that’s a photo of the old ones I had please help

Thanks for letting us know about this. We're looking into this and will be sure to update you when we hear back from the development team.

UPDATE: Our development team mentions the following: "In an effort to optimize features, there are some minor differences that appear in newer revisions of existing hardware. These changes do not negatively impact performance and are a natural evolution of the product design."

So what you are trying to say is that 7 are better then 12? I can’t see they my self did you see the photos

Are the ones with 7 better or a newer model ? Or the older model ? Did they come out 1st then you made the ones with 12 ?
