    <description>&lt;P&gt;My system failed just days after the warranty expired a few days ago. It had been working faultlessly for 12 months&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although it powers up, it will not sync etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried &amp;nbsp;everything, including rebooting, reinstalling, deleting and reinstalling the iOS app...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I assume that the unit is 'dead', or have I missed something?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What are the LEDs on the base showing? &amp;nbsp;A factory reset may or may not help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All lights come on at power-up, but the only one that comes on after that is the green power light&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The lack of the Internet LED showing anything means that there's no connection between the base and router. &amp;nbsp;It could be a bad port on either the base or the router or a bad cable. &amp;nbsp;Try restarting the router and base and swap around using a known good cable and other router ports. &amp;nbsp;If the Internet LED never turns on, try a factory reset using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and try again. &amp;nbsp;If all fails, you may be able to return the system to the store for another or create a trouble ticket using the Support link above for a possible RMA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
