Arlo Business and Home - How can I have both on same app?

I have an Arlo system at my house. I just put another Arlo system at my business. I didn't want to add it to my current home app because I plan to grant access to the business Arlo to one of my employees and I don't want them to have access to my home cameras. ugh... I'm so frustrated. I read where you can "grant access". I tried that... but it wouldn't send me an email (probably because that's the email I use for my home system)... so I submitted another email. It wanted me to create yet another account. ARRRRGH!! Anyway... long story short... I am at my wit's end trying to figure out how to put both home and business on my app. Can someone give step-by-step instructions. The "grant access" that some have suggested doesn't seem to work.

You can select which cameras the user has access to when using the grant access feature.

I have done this before but it has been a while. I seen a post somewhere here on how to do it. I will post it when I find it again.
