Oh its not that i want to know the res of the videos, I am pretty sure they are low quality (~360p) just wondering where the magic button is so when I download a previously recorded video, its 1080p? or is that not possible? (What is the max?)

Question, when I download captured videos it seems like the video is like 360p? Is there a setting I am missing? I changed video quality to high and retested.. same video. Is that all I should expect from the recorded videos?

You can use various software packages to verify the video quality settings. I happen to use MediInfo (https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download) for quick checks but other software will work, too.
