    <description>&lt;P&gt;2 of my 4 cameras are offline since the update.&amp;nbsp; I have tried new batteries, rebooting the base, rebooting the cameras, syncing with the base station (which they won't do)&amp;nbsp; I have tried everything from here....what else can I do?&amp;nbsp; Frustrated!!!&amp;nbsp; Worked so well before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One of thecameras have stopped working. Replaced with new&amp;nbsp;batteries a few&amp;nbsp;times still not working. The blue light on the camera turns on for a few&amp;nbsp;seconds when the battery door&amp;nbsp;is closed but no activity after that. Remove camera from system and tried to add but still blue light turns on after a few second only.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise. Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you could be experiencing an issue with your&amp;nbsp;camera&amp;nbsp;being offline due to not receiving the most recent camera firmware update.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices before resyncing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Edit: Make sure you only press the base sync button briefly (&amp;lt;1 second).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
