    <description>&lt;P&gt;My second light is green and then blinks and then goes back to green. No other light is on except the power light. It was working fine until the new Arlo app upgrade. Now it continually says the base is offline. I have unplugged the base. I have tried adding the base. I have tried syncing. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
