    <description>&lt;P&gt;1&amp;nbsp;of my 2 Arlo cameras detect motion and gives notification&amp;nbsp;through the app but it doesn't record and I don't get an e-mail notification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to replace the batteries, delete and add the camera but that hasn't solved the problem. It's also not possible to watch live but I can see that the camera is connected to the base station and I can also see the battery status. I also tried to watch on the web version but I have the same problem there. There's no filter aplied on the library.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My other camera works perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The camera has hardware verion "H7" and firmware version "1.2.4941".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't recall my specifc issue now but I replaced a camera quite a while ago for what I think was the same problem. Create a trouble ticket using the Support link above and possibly get an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
