Neither app nor online allows setup

Just got my Arlo. Tried to set it up via iPhone app. The "Continue" button won't light up once I enter name, password, security question, etc. Quit that and tried online via desktop. Same thing happens. I get to that page and can't continue.

You need to be on the same network using WiFi for this to work. Cell service will be fine once the setup is completed.

system set up in May 2015 did not use again till now I need to set up iphone

Thanks. I was on the same network. Even though the computer recognized the base station I couldn't get past the registration page. After several tries I called tech support and while I was on the phone with them it suddently worked! Go figure.
