Arlo original wireless camera, 1 of 3 wont’t connect to base

One of my 3 Arlo cameras won’t connect to the base station. I have followed all the support pages instructions on syncing from battery replacement, to just a foot from base station, pressing sync button on base station for 2 seconds and same for the camera. The camera just blinks steady blue. Again, my other 2 cameras sync fine and I can see them through the app as well as other cameras that I share with my aging dad. All of these cameras are fine but this one seems to not able to sync no matter what I try to do. Can someone help me with this?

Same with 3 of 4. New app doesn't have same walkthrough.

I suggest first checking using the web interface (https://my.arlo.com) and see if the camera shows up there.

If it's offline there too, then try removing the camera before you resync it.

If that also doesn't work, then I suggest contacting support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
