I've clicked on the link and installed the new newest version of Adobe Flash twice. I restarted my PC. I still get this message.

Arlo and net gear have horrible customer service so they probably wont fix this any time soon. But when you get that message look up at your address bar and notice a little box/icon before the https address that when the cursor is pointed at will say manage plug in use. If you click on that and then click allow you can view the camera. You will have to close the message box and then click the camera again and you must do this every time you open the Arlo app.
