&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you tried rebooting your iPhone 5S to see if that helps? &lt;STRONG&gt;I did reboot.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And is this happening on WiFi and/or cellular data? &lt;STRONG&gt;On WIFI, I do not use data.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Downloaded new Arlo app on iPhone 5S but getting "Your request timed out". Tried reinstalling.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed the new app on my iPhone 5s (iOS 12.4.1)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Every time I want to login I get the message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Your request timed out&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I removed the app, install it again and I can't login.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I even changed my password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can login from my computer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rebooting might not affect anything since you're having log in problems. Did you uninstall the Arlo Legacy app? If not, try to remove the app and see if you can log in properly on the new Arlo app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
