    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not familiar with Google fiber. Are there any Ethernet ports at all for the internal network? If so, you could expand it with a switch so you can plug the base and whatever else into it. The router's port has to be internal, though, and not for the WAN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thank you.. I talked to Google Fiber and they said I did need a switch to connect to one of the ethernet ports. I should be good to go&lt;/P&gt;</description>
