Does this issue occur on all browsers, or are you experiencing this strictly with the chrome browser?

Video is not playing properly on the web browser

As of yesterday, having a problem viewing motion. I get an email notice of motion detected. Where it says "Click here to see what’s happening," is not working like it used to. Since I've had this system, all I had to do was click on the "Click here" and the video would appear and play on my browser. Now, when I click on "Click here," the video will show on the browser, then immediately disappear and the log in page appears. So, if I want to watch the video, I have to log in first. It never used to be this way. This takes too long!

I use Windows 10 and Chrome browser.

When I click on "Click here to see what’s happening," it automatically goes to chrome. So to answer your question, no I have not tried any other browser. I guess there is a setting to tell Arlo which browser to use, but I can't find it.
