      <description>Hi everyone&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to set up my new system and its all going well until the screen where I accept the policy etc etc&lt;BR /&gt;It says 'we are sorry our billing service is unavailable ...' Aside from trying again in 2 hours are there any options?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you</description>
