      <title>Base station offline</title>
      <link>https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Base-station-offline/m-p/1723551#M70535</link>
<description>Despite my responding to service emails no one has bothered to contact me. My base station goes offline at least twice week and I so fed up with going to check my security cameras to find I am totally unprotected. How can Arlo justify the costs if the product fails so often. I also have a UPS device so it’s not caused by power cuts. Can anybody suggest a fix or should I throw the whole lot in the bin and buy a system that works?</description>
