Granted access user can not see some devices listed

Hi I've set up my new arlo base station and have granted the access to my wife. However when she logs into her account it's like setting up for a new account in general. It doesnt show our cameras at all on her device, gives her the search new device option.

Have you selected the cameras when you granted access to her?

Yes, we have 5 cameras and I select all five.
