      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sir/Madame&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My basestation shows a green LED but the APP and my.arlo.com tells me that the basestation is offline. I have tried to reset the basestation but still the same problem. Can you give me a hint how I shall porcced with my problem.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are 3 LEDs that should be green, all starting from the left. Are all 3 green? When you say you reset the base, do you really mean you performed a reset (hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber) or rebooting the base from the app or by power cycling? There's a big difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using both the app and a web browser? Have you tried logging out and back in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
