    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use windows 10. The only way I view my cameras is on my computer at arlo.netgear.com.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also receive auto emails each time a camera is activated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do I need to download the new app.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do not have app now on my phone or computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do have a netgear router.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You don't need the app.&amp;nbsp; You do need to switch from &lt;STRONG&gt;arlo.netgear.com&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;my.arlo.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You are being re-directed to my.arlo.com now, but at some point in the future Netgear will probably stop doing that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
