Can't connect Arlo Pro with Base Station. Have battery in camera and tried syncing.

I can’t connect Arlo pro wifi camera with netgear base. I have baterie in my camera I start sync a new device but database can’t find it. What can I do?

Hi, I just set my system up yesterday. It finally synced when I placed it down next to the base station and just waited. I tried doing 4 cameras at the same time but only one of them would connect at a time. I probably had to try a 3 or 4 times.

Make sure the blue led is blinking on the camera and the sync. I also pressed the sync button on my base station but I can’t remember if that helped or not.

I had to place the camera about a foot away from the base station. Also, as I have the plain Arlo and not the Pro, I prayed the sync button on the base station at the same time.
