App says update is available. When clicking the update firmware button it just shows current firmware, then states an update is available. Never updates the firmware.

Try going into the base station settings, and update it from there (there should be a clickable link in there too).

You likely will see an error - perhaps displayed in an orange stripe at the top of the browser page. If you do see an error there, let us know what it says.

Power off (unplug) and then back worked. After that it automatically updated.
